DS: Hey Mandy! Haven't been by lately as I've been dealing with a physical problem of my own that will heal in time.Am presently doing a LOT of reading on self-healing...very fascinating. Hope all is well with you, my friend.
Mandy: I would appriciate it if you wouldn't fight on my tag. This is a site about healing, not religion. Thanks I do love you all.
Conjan: You did not quite quote it right, buit I know that one too. Funny how much the three I quoted apply to that one. And funny how you and your family FAIL to uphold them. How is gossiping about others after church going to help fulfill YOUR quote?
momanddad: Conjan, we would like to send you a quote also from Jesus who said if you continue in MY word, then you are my disciples indeed and you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.
Conjan: I thought a few quotes were in order. They are all from Jesus Christ. "Let he who is free of sin, cast the first stone" or maybe "Judge not, lest ye be Judged." or perhaps "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." They are ALL good quotes. And Mandy and her friends and no-blood family live by them. Do you? We all are really hoping you have a good afternoon today Mandy! And a minimum of hassle form the narrow-minded.
Mandy: Thanks for looking at my site. I am a long way from being done
mom: Hello Mandy, this is mom and dad, we are ready your website. We also read John's. Very Interesting
Mandy: Hello Conjan
Mandy: Thank you for the good wishes. I am doing all that I can to keep a straight head
Conjan: Hello.
Shadren ^~V~^: Best of luck with the business venture! It's hard, exciting, stressful, but if you give it heart and straight, common sense thinking you can make it. Cheers.
John: I like the Alacorn picture.
Mandy: That is absolutly fine if you want to put me on your friends list and I will do the same ;)
DS: Was also going to ask if I could add you to my friend's list? Please feel free to do the same if you want to.
DS: Got ya bookmarked, sunshine. Just driopping by to say hello...You have a lot to share and I look forewrd to seeing this jurnal grow and reflecting your own journey. Is it true that Apollo's birthdate is Feb.07? Just something that I read once and stayed with me...largely because it's mine as well... be well, my friend and look forward to sharing more in the timne to come about our journeys.
Mandy: John I love itthank you
John: I hope you will enjoy this.

NMT (Neuromuscular Tecniques)

  • Mood: Relaxed!!

Today we worked on some Neuromuscular Techniques. We got on the tables and practiced the different techniques. The one that really got me was the Un-Coiling. This is where, only on coiled muscles, you grasp the muscle and work it out like you would a rolled up piece of paper.

We worked this technique on the Trapizius muscle. If you are tender there it can really smart in the beginning, but afterward I felt totally loose.

The other techniques that we practices were Torcing, Chucking, Fascia stripping, and Fascia stretching.

These are much different from the other techniques that I typically employ. I prefer the soft approach, but for people who have a lot of tension these release beautifully.

I also practiced with the different tools used in NMT. The t-bar is the one that I used tonight. This is a nice substitute to using the thumb.

These techniques will be extremely useful for those clients that have a lot of tension from injury and severe athletics.

I look forward to using them.
